Job Description
Role: Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant and Test Analyst
Required Technical Skill Set: Maximo, Java, Oracle DB
Desired Experience Range: 4 - 8 Years
Location of Requirement : Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.
- Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).
- Maximo technical and functional Experience with IBM Maximo certification.
- Strong Microfocus ALM version 15, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Office, Agile and scrum process, SDLC, PMF etc.
- MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).
- Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologies
- Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
- IBM Maximo Mobile/ Maximo Anywhere
- IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centers
- IBM BI Cognos & BIRT
- Database: Oracle 12c or higher
- Server OS: Linux, Windows
- IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.12 Version or higher
Good-to-Have
- Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Life Sciences/ Pharma Customers
- Experience of conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers
- Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers
- Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server etc.)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.
2 Hands-on approach to resolve critical issues in close coordination with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
3 Daily task assignment to technical team and resolution of critical issues.
4 Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.
5 Review compliance to Customer SLAs/ KPIs and ensure proactive monitoring & resolution of issues.
6 Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.
