Senior Project Manager- Architecture

Dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager Architecture to join our team and drive the success of our projects while building strong stakeholder relationships. As the Senior Project Manager Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in the management of complex architectural projects from inception to completion. You will leverage your architectural background and project management expertise to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in fostering positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring alignment and satisfaction at all levels. Responsibilities and Duties Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, from conception through design, documentation, and construction, ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, promoting collaboration and effective communication to achieve project goals. Coordinate the use and assignment of Alliance Consultants and Project Coordinators. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and addressing concerns proactively. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction. Commercial Acumen: Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with commercial goals while identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control measures are in place and maintained throughout the project lifecycle, delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations and compliance standards. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional development and promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
