Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Serves as the primary lobby greeter when all associates are assisting members, setting the tone for a positive and efficient member experience. Demonstrates poise, friendliness, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
• Actively practices name recall and service recognition, remembering members’ preferences and anticipating their needs to deliver a personalized and connected experience.
• Ensures the MyMAX Perks area is fully stocked, clean, and welcoming. Proactively maintains the atmosphere and comfort of the lobby to reflect the Credit Union's brand and service standards.
• Responds to inquiries regarding services and accounts, processes stop payments, check orders, and provides thoughtful solutions or referrals to appropriate personnel to ensure prompt resolution.
• Cross-trains with lobby associates and supports account opening as needed. Willingly steps in to perform associate duties or back-up functions to ensure seamless operations and consistent service.
• Actively cross-sells Credit Union products and services based on member needs. Tracks referrals and product promotions, contributing to overall sales goals and deepening member relationships.
• Demonstrates professionalism in grooming, communication, and demeanor in alignment with MAX's Personnel Policy Manual.
• Performs all assigned responsibilities with precision and care, including encoding ATM and debit cards and managing member-related records and tasks.
• Collaborates across departments, shares feedback and supports teammates.
• Maintains a member first mindset.
• Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
• Completes all training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
