Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in configurations and end-to-end implementations, preferably within the retail domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging business requirements with technical solutions and driving successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end MAWM implementations across retail clients.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Perform system configurations including waves, allocation, picking, putaway, and inventory management.
- Work on integration points with upstream/downstream systems (OMS, ERP, MHE, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Document configurations, processes, and solution design artifacts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience working with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM).
- Strong hands-on experience in configurations (waves, allocation, replenishment, labor, etc.).
- Proven experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end MAWM implementations.
- Experience working with retail clients (store fulfillment, omnichannel, inventory flows).
- Good understanding of WMS processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns).
- Exposure to API integrations, extensions, or customizations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Techno-Functional Expectations:
- Ability to configure and also understand technical aspects (APIs, data flows, integrations).
- Work closely with developers for extensions and enhancements.
- Support debugging and issue resolution from both functional and technical perspectives.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in client-facing roles.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Good to Have:
- Experience with MHE integrations
