Senior SEO Analyst – AI + Discovery Execution

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Analyst who thrives at the intersection of flawless execution, discovery-driven optimization, and AI-powered workflows. This role isn’t about traditional SEO alone - it’s about expanding how brands are found across Google, AI Overviews, Reddit, TikTok, and every layer where audiences search today. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and delivery - owning technical accuracy, operational pace, and visible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

SEO Execution & Delivery

• Plan and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps across multiple global clients.
• Lead technical SEO audits and fixes: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, site speed, and log analysis.
• Execute on-page SEO at an expert level: metadata, internal linking, entity mapping, and content optimization.
• Manage off-page strategies focused on authority growth, link quality, and brand mentions.
• Implement AIO (AI-First SEO) principles: prompt-led briefs, schema-first content, and zero-click readiness.

Discovery & AI Optimization

• Execute visibility improvements across Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, People Also Ask, Featured Snippets, and Zero-Click results.
• Apply structured data and topical entity optimization for AI and voice-driven discovery.
• Follow defined cross-platform visibility playbooks for Reddit, TikTok, Quora, or similar surfaces where audiences search and evaluate.
• Track and report discovery performance through Looker Studio dashboards and GA4 (referrals, mentions, visibility deltas).

Data, Reporting & Insight

• Partner with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented without delay.
• Work with Account Managers and SMEs to align output with client goals and SLAs.
• Lead client-facing review sections - communicate what’s done, why it matters, and what’s next.
• Mentor SEO Analysts on AIO, schema deployment, and automation workflows.

Collaboration & Client Enablement

• Partner with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented without delay.
• Work with Account Managers and SMEs to align output with client goals and SLAs.
• Lead client-facing review sections - communicate what’s done, why it matters, and what’s next.
• Mentor SEO Analysts on AIO, schema deployment, and automation workflows.

SEO Systems, Automation & Tools

• Leverage AI and SEO utilities like ChatGPT, NeuronWriter, SurferSEO, Jasper, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Maintain internal prompt libraries, keyword mapping templates, schema generators, and delivery QA systems.
• Use automation tools to scale recurring reporting and tracking tasks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on SEO delivery experience (global client exposure preferred).
• Strong expertise in technical SEO: schema, Core Web Vitals, server rendering, crawl-depth optimization.
• Familiarity with AI discovery: Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, Zero-Click answers, and structured content optimization.
• Working knowledge of cross-surface discovery (Reddit, TikTok, YouTube) and how audiences search there.
• Strong command of GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and major SEO tool stacks.
• Excellent data interpretation, communication, and documentation discipline.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for implementation context.

Success in the First 6 Months

• SEO roadmaps executed with precision and measurable visibility growth.
• 40–60% lift in organic + multi-surface visibility (Google + AI + Social Search).
• Error-free technical execution across CWV, schema, and crawl optimization.
• AI Overview and PAA visibility achieved for target pages.
• Insightful, automated reporting dashboards active for all assigned clients.

What This Role Is NOT

• A title/metadata updater.
• A behind-the-scenes executor without context or accountability.
• A passive delivery role disconnected from strategy.
