Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholder for periodic reporting on progress
• Customer Relations:Build strong relationships and maintain a positive rapport with stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Ensure stakeholders, especially customers, have a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Productivity: Ensure productivity targets are met for test design & execution with high quality deliverables
• Testing: Execute test cases based on test case specs covering end to end flow with internal and third party interface and middle layer interactions
• Defect Management: Ability to provide  quality of defect reporting & status reporting
• Techniques for Elicitation: Perform Functional/Technical Execution in different phases of testing (Regression/UAT etc) as per test case specs with high quality and standards
• Maintain consistency of execution with high quality and no room for error
• Testing: Ability to raise clarification and design Test cases with 100% coverage & minimal rework 
• Test Design: Design & Develop Test cases post understanding the BRD , functional flows & operational flows with adherence to quality and schedule
• Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to building assets and repositories
• Actively participate in creating training assets, functional repositories, case studies, and tech-specific assets
• Attend necessary trainings and hands-on sessions to upgrade technical skills of trending technical tools/platform/product
• Programming Languages: Basic undersatnding with hands-on of one or more languages - Java, Python, C++, JavaScript etc.
• Database Management Tools: experience in SQL and NO-SQL database 
• Testing of  Microservices - RestfulAPIs, SOAP
• Testing: Junit, PyTest, Selenium tools and frameworks
• Experience of automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong understanding of manual testing techniques, test case design, and test execution.
