<strong>The Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership position</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>You will:<br><br>
</div><div>Lead the day-to-day operations of the St. Petersburg store<br> Work the sales floor and help close deals<br> Drive individual and store sales performance<br> Maintain showroom standards and execution<br> Handle customer interactions from greeting to post-sale<br> Coordinate with delivery and operations teams<br> Set the tone for accountability, energy, and results<br><br>
