What You’ll Do
- Deliver a strong guest experience and help people find the right sleep solution
- Build value through a proven sales process (financing, adjustable bases, complete sleep systems)
- Maintain store standards including merchandising and organization
- Learn the fundamentals of retail sales, operations, and leadership
- Contribute to daily sales goals and team performance
Who We’re Looking For
- Motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Position Details
- Part-Time Role with flexible scheduling
- Typical shifts fall between 10 AM – 6 PM & 12 PM - 8PM
- Opportunity to increase hours and responsibility over time
