This position requires prior experience in home health agency staffing of skilled disciplines (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.), obtaining authorizations, and working in an EVV system (KanTime preferred).
Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Health Agency Skilled Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing and coordination of licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.) in a fast-paced home health environment.
This role is critical to ensuring patients receive timely care by coordinating staff, securing authorizations, and maintaining accurate documentation in our EVV system (KanTime).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule skilled clinicians (RN, LPN, PT, OT, etc.) for home health visits and cases
- Obtain and track insurance authorizations to ensure services are approved and uninterrupted
- Enter and maintain accurate patient and visit data in KanTime (EVV system)
- Communicate with referral sources, clinicians, and patients regarding scheduling and care coordination
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively fill open visits/shifts
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with clinical, intake, and billing teams to support seamless operations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records
