Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Competitive Exams Teacher (IIT/JEE) at Vidya & Child's Noida location. The teacher will be responsible for planning, teaching, and preparing students from marginalized backgrounds for competitive exams like IIT/JEE. Day-to-day tasks include designing effective lesson plans, delivering engaging mathematics lessons, developing customized curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing mentorship and guidance to help students achieve academic success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mathematics and a strong foundation in Mathematics Education
- Experience in Curriculum Development and creating engaging teaching methodologies
- Ability to create structured and effective Lesson Plans
- Qualified Teacher certification or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Strong aptitude for mentoring and motivating students
- Proven experience in preparing students for competitive exams, especially IIT/JEE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Prior experience working with students from diverse backgrounds is a plus
