</div><div>We are seeking a <strong>passionate and experienced Summer Learning Program Director</strong> to lead our 2026 summer program at an Elementary Schoo in Seattle areal! As the Director, your primary responsibility will be to create a <strong>joyful and engaging STEM learning experience</strong> for students while ensuring the program runs smoothly over five weeks. We emphasize <strong>meaningful student engagement, social-emotional learning, and hands-on STEM projects</strong> that inspire curiosity and creativity.<br><br>

<strong>Position Details:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Summer Program Duration:</strong> June 29 – July 31(5 weeks, excluding the holidays)</li>
<li>
<strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>
<li>
<strong>Preparing Hours:</strong> 25 ~ 30 hours before the program starting</li>
<li>
<strong>Location:</strong> Seattle</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Develop and lead a structured <strong>STEM curriculum</strong> for students in <strong>grades K–5</strong>.</li>
<li>Recruit, train, and manage the <strong>Summer Program instructor team</strong>, overseeing daily assignments, team meetings, and performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Oversee <strong>10 classes with approximately 200 students</strong>, ensuring smooth program execution.</li>
<li>Maintain <strong>effective communication</strong> with school coordinators and team members.</li>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Previous experience</strong> in a similar leadership role is required.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>team management and coordination skills</strong>.</li>
<li>Ability to present <strong>STEM projects in an engaging, hands-on manner</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>elementary-level STEM education</strong>.</li>
<li>
<strong>Patient, reliable, and passionate</strong> about empowering young learners.</li>
