About the RoleCareer Express is looking for a dynamic and committed QA / LRDI Faculty to train students preparing for IPMAT, CUET (UG), and other aptitude-based entrance exams.
While prior CAT teaching experience is preferred, the role is not for CAT prep, and the focus will be on undergraduate entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation for IPMAT & CUET
- Break down concepts clearly for Class 11–12 and UG aspirants
- Design structured lesson plans, concept notes, worksheets, and practice questions
- Focus on concept clarity, speed-building, and exam strategy
- Conduct regular doubt-solving and revision sessions
- Track student progress and provide academic mentoring
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching quality
Who We’re Looking For- Experience teaching aptitude exams such as IPMAT, CUET, or similar exams
- CAT teaching experience or strong CAT background preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong conceptual command over QA, LR, and DI
- Ability to engage and motivate young students
- Excellent classroom communication and explanation skills
Preferred Qualifications- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Prior coaching institute experience is an advantage
- High personal scores in aptitude exams are a plus
