Hiring: JEE Subject Matter Experts (Maths)
Looking for someone who knows the JEE question universe inside out — not just solving problems, but reading them.
You'll build the question infrastructure on our platform — designing how problems are organized, tagged, and surfaced. This means defining the attributes that matter (real concept tested, difficulty calibration, trap patterns, student-perception layers), and shaping a database that reflects how an experienced teacher actually thinks about questions.
You're a fit if you have:
- IIT/NIT background OR 3+ years teaching JEE aspirants
- Deep familiarity with JEE Main & Advanced patterns (last 10–15 years)
- Sharp instinct for trap questions, conceptual disguises, and difficulty calibration
- Ability to explain why a question is hard, not just that it is.
