Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a mathematics teacher located in Chennai. The role involves planning and delivering mathematics lessons aligned with the school's curriculum standards. Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, creating a supportive learning environment, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for mathematics in learners. Collaboration with faculty for curriculum development and participation in school-wide activities is also expected.

Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
- Possession of at least 2 years of work experience as a Mathematics Teacher
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for education, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning enjoyable.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
- Adaptability to handle mixed-ability classrooms effectively.
