About the Role
ManavtaClass is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to conduct engaging online classes for students from Classes 6–10 (CBSE & ICSE).
The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make online learning interactive and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Mathematics classes for Classes 6–10.
- Explain mathematical concepts in simple and student-friendly language.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, examples, and practice questions.
- Conduct doubt-solving and student interaction sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in scheduled classes.
- Use digital teaching tools effectively for online classes.
- Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning and student progress.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month
- Performance-Based Variable: Up to ₹45,000/month
- Total earning potential: Up to ₹55,000/month, based on performance, student engagement, classes delivered, and applicable targets.
Requirements
- Strong command of Mathematics for Classes 6–10.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous teaching/tutoring experience is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting classes online.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Personal laptop/desktop is mandatory.
- Active and reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- A quiet and professional environment for conducting classes.
- Webcam and microphone should be available and functional.
