Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Teacher role based in the Pune Division. The Mathematics Teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons, aligned with institutional curriculum and learning outcomes, for diverse learner groups. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, assessing student progress through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with academic coordinators to refine the mathematics curriculum, integrating real-world and tech-related examples where appropriate. The teacher will also participate in student mentoring, academic review meetings, and institutional initiatives to enhance teaching quality and learner success.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, with the ability to teach concepts clearly at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including creating structured, outcome-based learning modules.
- Status as a Qualified Teacher, with relevant teaching certifications or licensure where applicable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficient classroom management and communication skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
- Experience using educational technology, digital tools, or learning management systems to support instruction.
- Ability to collaborate with peers, adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles, and track student performance data.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education, coaching, or training institutes is an advantage; familiarity with tech-focused or professional skilling environments is a plus.
