Job Title: Mathematics Facilitator
Location: Amity Global School, Noida
Role Overview
Amity Global School, Noida is seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Facilitator to deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences. The ideal candidate will foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in students, aligned with international curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum frameworks (IBDP as applicable).
- Facilitate inquiry-based and student-centered learning experiences.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and digital tools to enhance student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Experience with IB or international curriculum is preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
