Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for Mathematics at the Post Graduate level.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual and emotional development.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and participate in faculty meetings and training sessions.
- Support a diverse classroom environment and address the individual needs of all students.
- Stay updated on current educational trends, methodologies, and technologies for teaching Mathematics.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to academic research where necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Qualified teacher status (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification).
- Strong foundation in Mathematics concepts and principles.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the Post Graduate level, preferably in a reputable institution.
- Proven track record of student success and engagement in Mathematics.
- Experience in designing curricula and instructional materials is an advantage.
