We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Mathematics & Logical Reasoning Faculty with a strong understanding of AFCAT, along with NDA and CDS examination patterns.
Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging classroom sessions for AFCAT Mathematics and Reasoning.
* Teach Mathematics for NDA and CDS batches as required.
* Develop structured lesson plans, practice worksheets, mock tests, and performance analysis.
* Mentor students through concept building, doubt resolution, and examination strategies.
* Stay updated with changing examination trends and question patterns.
* Work closely with the mentoring team to ensure holistic student development.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong academic background in Mathematics or a related discipline.
* Prior experience teaching AFCAT, NDA, CDS, SSC, Banking, CAT, or other aptitude examinations.
* Excellent command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking.
* Understanding of the AFCAT examination pattern is essential.
* Familiarity with the SSB selection process and the Armed Forces ecosystem will be a significant advantage.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
* Comfortable using digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and presentation software.
