Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Faculty member based in Bengaluru. The Mathematics Faculty will be responsible for conducting interactive and engaging math lessons, designing and delivering educational content, creating and refining curricula, and guiding students in subjects such as mathematics, applied mathematics, and related fields. Additional responsibilities involve evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing teaching strategies to foster analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics
- Experience in Curriculum Development, including the design and execution of educational content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate young learners
- Ability to teach complex concepts effectively to students in grades 6–10
- Passion for education with a focus on preparing students for competitive exams
- Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or higher qualification preferred)
- Prior teaching experience, especially with competitive exams preparation, is a plus
