Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mathematics Faculty member at Centurion University's campus in R. Udayagiri. The Mathematics Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, preparing course materials, designing curriculum, and assessing student performance. Additional tasks include guiding student research, contributing to academic publications, and participating in departmental activities to ensure academic and professional excellence. Collaboration with colleagues in innovative teaching methods and active involvement in community engagement initiatives are expected as part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mathematical concepts, theories, problem-solving, and analysis
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and delivering engaging lectures
- Research and publication experience in Mathematics or related disciplines
- Skills in assessment, academic mentoring, and student development
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching and learning
- A Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and student success
- Experience in community outreach or skill development programs is a plus
