We’re looking for passionate Math Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach mathematics to young learners.
You’ll join a growing community of educators who make Math intuitive, engaging, and enjoyable for students across India and beyond.
💼 What You’ll Do
Teach Math live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons interactive, structured, and age-appropriate
Build strong foundations - help students develop conceptual clarity in topics like arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and beyond
Inspire confidence - reduce math anxiety and help students enjoy problem-solving
Assess and guide - track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
Engage with parents - conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians to share progress and address concerns
Grow as an educator - participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates
✅ What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
Graduate in Mathematics / Engineering / Science (B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Sc, or equivalent)
Strong fundamentals in Math - comfortable teaching K-12 concepts (arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, etc.)
Excellent English communication - clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners
Reliable setup - laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps)
Good to Have:
Teaching experience - prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instruction
Familiarity with K-12 curriculum (CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / Common Core or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to explain multiple approaches
Growth mindset - eagerness to learn new teaching methodologies and tools
🕐 Availability & Commitment
Shift timings between 10PM to 7AM. Mandatory 4 working hours (02:30AM to 06:30AM)
Minimum 50 hours per month
Weekends are key: Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferred
Flexible weekday slots - choose hours that work best for you
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Earn INR 30,000 - 80,000 per month
INR 375-500 per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonus
