Job Title: Materials Planning and Purchasing consultant

Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Materials planning & Purchasing
Have Done MRP Schedule runs, Demand Planning
Material Requirement Planning, Material Resource Planning, Inventory management, MRP Runs, BOM.
Support Material Planning related tasks aligned with production plans, schedule, and demand forecasts
Monitor and Report inventory levels, lead times, and safety stock to prevent stockouts or overstocking
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material follow-ups in ERP systems
Ageing stock review for packaging material
Updating demand changes in ERP
Open Order Management
Manage Outstanding Orders and Deliveries
PO Confirmation and Expediting
Reporting (Shortages, Overdue Orders, Goods Receipts)
Production Volume Tracking
Purchase Order Releases (Bairnsdale, WA, Pakenham)
BOM Changes (Run-out and phase-in/out management)
Forecast Changes � reporting
Manage Forecast Changes (Vendor Schedules)
Forecasting (Monthly supplier reports)
These tasks reflect strategic coordination on planning and material management.
Order and delivery management
Forecast and reporting
Production tracking
BOM and SKU updates
Supplier communication and expediting
Flexible with shifts.
