Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Materials Buyer role located in Pune City. The Materials Buyer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, creating and managing purchase orders, sourcing required materials, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions. Key tasks include vendor management, maintaining purchasing records, analyzing inventory needs, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and generating Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendor options, market trends, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
