Role: Materials Science Engineer – Solar Cell R&D
Experience: 1-3 mandatory
Aerione Bharat is a deep-tech aerospace and energy innovation company focused on advanced engineering, indigenous R&D, and high-impact technologies. Along with aerospace systems, we are actively working on next-generation energy materials and solar technologies to support sustainable and high-performance applications.
We’re looking for a Materials Scientist (1–3 years experience) with strong hands-on exposure to solar cell materials, high temperature materials, device physics, and simulations to join our growing R&D team.
what we are looking:
• Experience in solar cell materials and device development (perovskite / thin-film / silicon / Tandem preferred)
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and photovoltaic device operation
• Hands-on experience with fabrication and characterization techniques
• Good working knowledge of simulation tools like SCAPS, COMSOL, TCAD, MATLAB/Python
what you'll work on:
• Design and development of advanced solar cell materials and devices
• Device fabrication, testing, and performance optimization
• Simulation-driven analysis to improve efficiency and stability
• Technical documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s / PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or related field.
