We're building a design-forward surfaces company, and we need a Senior Material Evangelist, build real architect relationships, and champion our products like only someone who genuinely loves beautiful materials can.

🎯 What you'll actually do:
→ 5–6 architect & interior designer meetings. Every. Single. Day.
→ Build a pipeline of spec-led projects — not chase commissions
→ Be the go-to surface expert for the design community in your territory
→ Own your numbers: revenue targets, architect acquisition, conversion rate
→ Build and lead a team of Material Evangelists

✅ You're our person if:
→ You've sold premium surfaces, lighting, hardware, or imported materials to architects/IDs
→ You have a live architect network in Delhi NCR (not just a contact list)
→ You can talk grain direction, veneer matching, and finish quality — and mean it
→ You're field-first, self-driven, and a little bit obsessed with design
❌ You're NOT our person if:
→ Your world is contractors and project sites
→ You need to be told where to go every morning
→ You think selling is about discounts
