We are seeking applications for the position of Material Engineer Cum Geotechnical Engineer for the Southern bey of bangle.
Missions/Main Duties
- Review and approve geotechnical reports, material specifications, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards (FAA, ICAO, IRC, MoRTH).
- Monitor construction materials (aggregates, bitumen, concrete, subgrade soils) for quality and suitability.
- Provide technical guidance on ground improvement techniques, foundation design, and pavement subgrade preparation.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and PMC team members to resolve geotechnical and material-related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to approved design and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
Profile/Skills
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in geotechnical and material engineering.
- Hands-on experience in highway projects (NH/SH/Expressways).
- Prior involvement in airport pavement or related infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and material science.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software and analysis tools (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, STAAD Foundation).
- Familiarity with pavement design methodologies and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.
