About the role

Drive end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and referral programs
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create detailed job descriptions
Develop and maintain relationships with architecture schools, design institutes, and industry associations for talent pipeline
Manage recruitment campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously
Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the onboarding process for new hires
