What you will do:

  1. Lead the marketing and content team: Understand digital and offline acquisition channels, strategize and launch campaigns to maximize ROI and other goals assigned to the team
  2. SEO: Build SEO strategy based on keyword/competitor research, execute the strategy by working with team members/freelancers/interns/agencies
  3. SEM: Manage, optimize & scale the PPC campaigns across channels
  4. Product-led growth: Drive product-led initiatives for customer acquisition
  5. Experimentation: Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels, explore affiliate marketing, loyalty program, strategic partnerships, etc to drive growth
  6. Conversion: Work with the product team to optimize conversions
  7. Retention: Enable CRM/ Marketing Automation to Set up, optimize and run ad-hoc campaigns aimed at driving high engagement
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively navigate queries and doubts.
  9. Target Achievement: Ensure teammates are aligned and empowered to achieve maximum results, and team and individual targets
  10. Reporting: Periodically and proactively collect, collate, and present customer feedback and analysis for improvement to all relevant stakeholders

You’re a good fit for this only if...

  1. Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing
  2. Experience in interiors, construction or furniture industry earns brownie points
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  4. You’re open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups.
  5. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
  6. You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team’s goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines
  7. You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously.
  8. You can work 50-60 hours, 6 days a week
  9. You are not coming here for “strategy” roles but for on-ground hands-on work
