What you will do:

1. Microservices: Experienced in microservices-based architecture, can work on cloud infrastructures like Azure, AWS etc. ensuring cost-effective resource utilization
2. Architecture: Design and implement modular, scalable application architectures that meet business and design needs, while continuously optimizing and refactoring code for improved performance and maintainability.
3. Production and Deployment: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of services in production environments, and handle server setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
4. Development Quality and Ownership: Uphold high standards in problem solving, design, development, and bug resolution taking full ownership of product features. 
5. Team Management & mentorship: Mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and work within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions.

You’re a good fit for this only if...

1. A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
2. Minimum 5 years of prior hands-on technical work experience with a focus on Python, Django and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
3. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure management.
4. Worked in start-up like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment
5. Passion for tackling complex and challenging problems
6. Proficient in high-level design, implementation, and understanding design patterns
7. Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adopt technologies that support the development of large-scale, high-performance, reliable, and sustainable systems.
8. You’re open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
9. You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team’s goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines
10. You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously.
11. You are not coming here for “strategy” roles but for on-ground hands-on work
