Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized client consultations
- Understand relationship goals and partner preferences
- Curate compatible matches and coordinate introductions
- Maintain client relationships with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support clients throughout their matchmaking journey
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Organized and relationship-focused mindset
- Experience in counseling, hospitality, customer relations, or matchmaking is a plus
Work Model
Primarily remote with monthly in-person meetups/work sessions.
