Staff Technical Recruiter

As a Staff Recruiter at Tinder, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the organization’s talent landscape by driving high-impact hiring initiatives. You’ll take ownership of recruitment for senior and leadership level roles, act as a talent advisor, and contribute to building scalable recruitment processes and policies. This role also involves mentoring team members to enhance overall talent acquisition effectiveness. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA or Palo Alto, CA.
