Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and timely service to internal & external customers in the business in fulfilling the procurement process through Procure to Pay process
- Submit Purchase Requisitions with complete and accurate information within defined TAT
- Adhere to complete all tasks within defined TAT per process guidelines
- Support Procurement tasks including Supplier Onboarding, RFx Management, PR Approval, Catalog Purchase, Expense/ CapEx purchase etc.
- Regular track of overall progress of New/ Open requests
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure timely processing and perform regular follow ups
- Assists departments in initiating requisitions and train users as required
- Work with users and I.T. department to research system problems and proactively resolve problems relative to work flow slowdowns
- Support projects, research, and reporting as assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from the recognized university. Certification in any foreign language is a plus.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of Supplier Management & Procure to Pay experience in Indirect & Services Procurement.
Skill Requirements
- Good understanding of Order Management, RFQ Process, Supplier Management & Procure to Pay cycle.
- Knowledge of ERP systems preferable Oracle R12.
- Should be flexible to work in different shifts per business needs.
- Good communication skills
- Building good relationship with the global team/ partners/ stakeholders
