Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management

Responsibilities: - Prepare analytics, models, and presentations to drive strategic decision-making and executive alignment - Support business and product strategy by identifying and quantifying opportunities, assessing financial impact, and developing business cases - Uncover and visualize key insights that inform strategic priorities and operational initiatives - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build analyses, and drive implementation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a quantitative field - 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance, strategy consulting, or business analytics - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data visualization tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Interest in the payments industry and Mastercard's products and services
