About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Mastercam Programmer Cum Process Engineer to develop and optimize CNC programs, improve machining processes, and ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
- Develop efficient toolpaths for milling, drilling, and turning operations.
- Interpret 2D drawings, 3D models, and GD&T.
- Set up CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
- Simulate and verify programs and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Plan machining processes and optimize cycle time, quality, and productivity.
- Design/program tools and fixtures for complex components.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and customers.
- Train new employees on CNC machines and programs.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Mandatory Skills
✅ Proficiency in Mastercam
✅ Strong CNC machining & process planning knowledge
✅ Haas Control Panel & Haas Post Processing
✅ Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
✅ Ability to develop cutting tool parameters for Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) products
✅ Knowledge of CNC machine tools, toolpaths, and machining optimization
✅ Experience with Basecamp / MS Planner for production planning
Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
