AMASS Skill Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and passionate Master Trainers to deliver Short-Term Mechanical Engineering Training Programs.

03 PositionsEligibility
Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automobile Engineering
➡️ Minimum 5 years relevant industrial experience
B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Automobile Engineering
➡️ Minimum 3 years relevant industrial experience
Key Technical Skills
Candidates should have practical knowledge of:
• 5S & Workplace Management
• Lean Manufacturing
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & Corrective Action
• Manufacturing & Assembly Drawings
• Basics of Automation – Sensors, Mechatronics & Robotics
• MS Office, especially Excel
• Industrial Safety Practices
• Shop Floor Management
• Continuous Improvement Methodologies
What We're Looking For
• Strong industrial/manufacturing exposure
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to conduct classroom as well as hands-on training
• Good understanding of industrial best practices
• Experience in Skill Development / Vocational Training will be an added advantage
