As we expand across large-scale government programs, schools, and international markets, we are building a strong academic implementation team that can ensure teachers are trained, confident, and ready to use the platform meaningfully in classrooms.
Role Overview
We are looking for Master Trainers who will lead teacher training and academic enablement for Vrudhi Edtech’s school and government implementation programs.
This is a senior, implementation-facing training role. The Master Trainer will train teachers, Teacher Champions, school coordinators, field teams, and contract trainers to understand and use SPEED LDS and all its products correctly.
The role requires strong academic grounding, excellent facilitation skills, comfort with technology-led training, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, practical classroom actions.
The Master Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that training converts into actual usage, teacher readiness, classroom implementation, and measurable adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teacher training sessions for schools, government projects, and institutional rollouts.
- Train teachers, Teacher Champions, school coordinators, special educators, and field-facing teams on SPEED LDS workflows.
- Conduct in-person, online, and hybrid training sessions depending on project needs.
- Conduct readiness checks before trainers are deployed independently.
- Identify trainers requiring retraining, shadowing, or additional support.
- Ensure trainers use only approved content, scripts, decks, and facilitation plans.
- Maintain consistency and quality across geographies and deployment models.
- Handle academic and implementation queries raised by teachers, field teams, or L1 support.
- Contribute to FAQs, teacher guides, training aids, support scripts, and knowledge-base content.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for school, government, and internal reviews.
- Ensure training evidence is accurate, timely, and linked to implementation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Clinical Psychology with an RCI number, Occupational Therapy with an active registration number.
- 5–10 years of experience in teacher training, academic implementation, special education, inclusive education, EdTech training, therapy-linked education, or school-facing program delivery.
- Experience working with schools, government education projects, inclusive education programs, or children with diverse learning needs is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of learning difficulties, inclusive education, classroom adaptations, and remediation.
- Excellent teacher-training and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex academic and platform concepts.
- Strong command over English and Hindi. Marathi or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Comfort with digital platforms, dashboards, online training tools, and EdTech workflows.
- Ability to work with teachers who may have low digital confidence.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and evidence discipline.
- Regular travel across India for school, government, and implementation rollouts
- Strong interpersonal skills with teachers, principals, coordinators, field teams, and internal teams.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful in this role if:
- teachers understand how to use SPEED LDS confidently,
- Teacher Champions can support implementation at school level
- training converts into actual platform and classroom usage,
- teachers can interpret outputs and apply classroom actions,
- trainers and field teams are ready before deployment,
- repeated academic doubts reduce over time,
- evidence and readiness records are complete,
- schools report higher confidence after training,
- and Vrudhi Edtech’s academic implementation quality becomes consistent across geographies.
