Role Description
The Master Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for developing and managing production schedules that align with customer demands and operational capabilities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring production progress, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role will also involve creating contingency plans to manage risks, drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow management
- Proficiency in supply chain management and resource optimization
- Experience with project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including understanding of ERP or scheduling software
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and dynamic production requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS certification) are a plus
