Key Responsibilities
· Independently manage complex vendor master data creation and change requests
· Review and validate sensitive vendor data including banking and compliance attributes
· Ensure adherence to data governance rules, approval workflows and audit controls
· Resolve data errors, duplicates and inconsistencies impacting downstream processes
· Act as first-level subject matter expert for junior team members
· Support SLA management, backlog control and quality checks
· Participate in vendor data rationalization and standardization initiatives
· Maintain and update process documentation and validation checklists
Hands-on experience in vendor master data management or related roles. Oracle & Coupa experience is preferred.
