Req2 - Job Title: Master Data Quality Analyst
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Master Data Quality Analyst to support data governance, quality improvement, and master data operations across enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Informatica MDM
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive master data quality initiatives by assisting in data profiling, analysis, and structured documentation practices
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of master data rules, ensuring alignment with governance standards
- Create and maintain process guides, documentation, and job aids for Master Data Stewards to enhance usability and process clarity
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to identify, cleanse, and remediate inaccurate or inconsistent data records
- Generate and publish monthly data quality reports and metrics, highlighting trends and improvement areas
- Participate actively in data validation, system testing, and master data quality assurance activities
- Provide clear and timely communication on data issues, request progress, and resolution updates to management and stakeholders
- Engage in cross-functional data-related projects, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to workflow testing, UAT cycles, and continuous improvement programs to strengthen data processes
Technical Responsibilities:
- Work across platforms including SAP and Oracle systems for managing financial and operational data
- Perform key Informatica MDM functions such as:
- Record creation and updates
- Data merging and de-duplication
- Deactivation and lifecycle management
- Understand and manage field-level controls, differentiating editable vs. restricted attributes
- Apply knowledge of Golden Record concepts and ERP-specific data structures
- Ensure compliance with SAP GRC and Saviynt access control frameworks
