Job Summary
The Arcade Attendant will provide excellent customer service to guests when they are in the arcade. This will include helping guests with purchasing game cards, redeeming prizes, answering WaterPark and resort questions, and answering incoming calls. They will also be responsible for cleaning and straightening games and the redemption room.
Required
Good communication skills
Must be at least 16

Previous customer service experience

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact person for guests when they come to the WaterPark Arcade
- Help guests buy game cards and redeem tickets for prizes
- Clean arcade games and redemption room
- Other duties as assigned by management
