Position: Massage Therapist
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our salon team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage and wellness treatments and maintain a clean, hygienic, and treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional massage treatments according to clients
Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
Provide services such as Swedish, deep-tissue, aromatherapy, and other salon-approved massage treatments.
Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of the treatment room and equipment.
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each treatment.
Follow salon policies, health and safety standards, and professional procedures.
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality with clients.
Monitor clients’ feedback
Prepare massage oils, towels, equipment, and treatment areas before and after appointments.
Keep accurate records of treatments when required.
Recommend appropriate aftercare and wellness practices to clients.
Support the salon team in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
Relevant massage therapy certification or training.
Good knowledge of massage techniques and basic anatomy.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and respectful attitude.
