Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
- Assist chefs with basic cooking tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Stock kitchen supplies and notify management when inventory is low
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food items
