About the role

Provides 1st level helpdesk support to all MHC users answering first line phones and desk side support; Good communication with all members of the IT Department; Support MHC Systems, Hardware and Software; Performing basic network administration such as user account set-up; Train up on IT Cyber security and all aspects of IT security to ensure best practices are followed within MHC; Bring any of the latest threats and trends to the attention of the IT Director Assist in other tasks/projects as requested by IT staff
