Analyst, Talent & Performance Management

The Analyst, Talent & Performance Management will be responsible for supporting our Talent & Performance Management team in carrying out various HR initiatives. This role will partner with HR Business Partners, People Operations, and other key stakeholders to support talent processes like goal setting, performance reviews, compensation planning, and employee development. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and data-driven skills to support people-related metrics and insights. They will also contribute to process improvements and the implementation of new talent-related technologies.
