About the role

We are hiring a Senior Dealer Support Representative to join our Dealer Support team!

DISCOVER

Watkins Wellness is seeking a Senior Dealer Support Representative to serve as the primary account manager for a designated brand and portfolio of dealers. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order lifecycle from order placement through production, financing, and shipment. You’ll handle a complex book of business exceeding $30M annually, ensuring every order is accurate, compliant, and executed seamlessly.

This role goes beyond execution. You will act as a trusted partner to dealers, a quality gate for order accuracy, and a mentor to team members, helping elevate performance across Dealer Support. If you are attentive to details, operationally strong, and confident managing high‑value accounts and sensitive financial coordination, this is a chance to create a measurable impact.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Are you experienced in managing high-value dealer accounts? Handle a $30M+ book of business, ensuring all orders align with pricing programs, promotions, and operational guidelines.
  • Do you take ownership of sophisticated, end-to-end processes? Oversee the full order lifecycle from entry through production readiness, financing, and final shipment with minimal direction.
  • Are you detail-oriented when it comes to order accuracy and compliance? Review dealer orders, including truckload cubing and promotional alignment, to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Do you know how to optimize logistics and increase efficiency? Ensure effective use of truck and container space across spa, pool, sauna, parts, and accessory orders while coordinating special requirements.
  • Are you confident handling financial coordination and sensitive conversations? Secure financing for outbound loads and communicate with dealers regarding payments in a professional and timely manner.
  • Do you hold a high bar for quality and accountability? Audit sales orders processed by others prior to shipment release, ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
  • Are you comfortable managing systems and resolving operational issues? Maintain and troubleshoot the direct holding table, ensuring proper processing and archiving throughout the day.
  • Do you take initiative in supporting and guiding others? Mentor Dealer Support Representatives by providing training, guidance, and problem-solving support.
  • Are you focused on building strong, productive relationships? Cultivate trusted partnerships with assigned dealers while supporting product promotion and upsell opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of account management experience with ownership of a large book of business ($30M+)
  • Proven experience handling sophisticated, high-value orders (typically $65,000–$100,000)
  • Strong ERP experience (Navision or Oracle preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with high accuracy in data entry and order management
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional customer interaction and phone etiquette
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality
