About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Code Ownership: Take full ownership of the frontend codebase, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Code Quality: Maintain high-quality standards by implementing and enforcing best practices, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to validate correctness, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Project Management: Lead initiatives to set up efficient and scalable projects, and actively participate in management discussions.
Modular Development: Create a modular and reusable system to ensure easy scaling and future development.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate task management and provide mentorship to team members, enabling their growth and maximizing team productivity.
Requirements:
Strong CS Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and network protocols.
Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with React, SCSS, Bootstrap, or similar frontend frameworks.
API Integration: Experience working with REST APIs and integrating them into frontend systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Full stack Knowledge (Bonus): Experience in backend technologies or fullstack development is a plus.
