About the role
Role Overview:We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive our growth by crafting and executing marketing strategies that engage businesses and hiring partners. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and positioning Masai as the preferred hiring partner for top companies.
Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to attract and engage hiring partners.
š¹ Lead Generation: Create demand-generation strategies through email, content, events, and paid campaigns.
š¹ Content Marketing: Work with the content team to develop compelling case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
š¹ Partnerships & Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and corporate partners.
š¹ Event & Webinar Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and roundtable discussions to enhance brand visibility.
š¹ Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
š¹ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, partnerships, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or HR tech.

Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.

Communication Skills: Strong storytelling and messaging capabilities to connect with B2B audiences.
