Crooners Supper Club is hiring for a full-time Marketing Manager!
The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing strategy for Crooners Supper Club, located in Fridley, MN.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Manage and lead in-house marketing team
- Take directives and goals from booking team and implement marketing objectives, campaigns, and content
- Oversee art direction and branding in conjunction with leadership
- Plan creative, strategic concert announcement launches for hundreds of events per year
- Lead the production of marketing materials across print, digital, and social media platforms, utilizing in-house team.
- Proofing copy, advertisements, graphics, email campaigns, and social posts
- Maintain website keeping current, accurate, and well-written
- Build and maintain marketing plans per show and across organization efficiently for multiple shows. Integrating paid and organic promotions
- Prioritize and adapt marketing efforts to meet needs of slow-selling show
- Professional and timely communication via phone, e-mail, and mail with partners and artists
- Lead weekly marketing meetings
- Connect with radio, media, and community partners for sponsorship opportunities
- Creative marketing efforts
- Manage multiple projects, anticipate demands and communicate appropriately
- Provide supervision to the marketing team including work direction and oversight
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time hours, hybrid remote available
BASIC REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a marketing role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Cultivate affiliations with community partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate demands and communicate appropriately
- Knowledge and interest in local and national music scene
- Knowledge of current marketing strategies, trends, industry, and business developments.
- Requires technical savvy and experience in graphic design
- Ability to work within a tight budget and time constraints
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal & written
- Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
- Salary of $60,000 - $63,000, depending on experience and qualifications
