<strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION:<br></strong>As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary-Beth Burgess - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. <br><br>Grow your career as you better your community. <li>Provide information about insurance products and services.</li>
<li>Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.</li>
<li>Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. </li>
<li><strong>8:30-5:00 M/W/F, 9:00-5:30 T/Th (1 Sat a month 10AM-2PM)</strong></li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to multitask.</li>
<li>Experience in customer service or sales preferred.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Base-$20hr-$24hr</strong></div><ul><li><strong>45,000 – 125,000 Average Salary with Base + Commissions</strong></li></ul><div></div>
